Our Commitment
We want Thornwood to be right for you. If something isn't working, contact us at kcrose@thornwoodletters.com and we'll do our best to take care of you. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Month-to-Month Subscriptions
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time. After cancellation, no further charges will be made and delivery will stop after your most recently paid letter has shipped. Letters already in your hands are yours to keep.
Refunds
If you receive Letter 1 and decide Thornwood isn't the right fit, contact us within 30 days of your first charge for a full refund. You're welcome to keep the letter. After Letter 1, refunds are not available for monthly charges already collected.
Annual Subscriptions
Cancelling
To cancel your annual subscription, contact us at kcrose@thornwoodletters.com. Delivery stops at cancellation.
Refunds are available up to Letter 6. If you cancel before Letter 6 has shipped, you'll receive a prorated refund for all unshipped letters, calculated per letter at the annual rate you paid at sign-up. After Letter 6 has shipped, refunds are no longer available.
Annual subscriptions do not auto-renew.
Merchandise
Items other than letters may be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused and in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
To initiate a return, contact us at kcrose@thornwoodletters.com with your order number, name, and reason for the return. Please indicate whether you'd like a refund or an exchange.
